PERI-BLOCK ULTIMATE Road Blocker
The Peritect PERI-BLOCK ULTIMATE is a hydraulically operated Road Blocker. It has a raise height of 1000mm and has been impact crash tested at the renowned Horiba Mira test facility in the International Standard IWA14-1:2013.
In testing the Road Blocker was found to have zero penetration by a Class N2A truck with a gross weight of 7200kg traveling at 80kph at an impact angle of 90° (V/7200[N2A]/80/90:0.0).
The standard configuration for each Road Blocker is to have a separate Hydraulic Power Pack (HPP). This incorporated the Electronic & Hydraulic Control Units, housed together within a weatherproof, ventilated cabinet near the Road Blocker. It is also possible to operate multiple Road Blockers from a single HPP.
